This is not therapy. It’s focused, evidence-based, and designed for high-achieving women ready to move from stuck to aligned. You’ll be supported through a structured, 4-month coaching experience designed for deep, sustainable change.

Our sessions are structured, intentional, and tailored to your life. We’ll work together to:

Instead, we offer evidence-based approaches—including Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACTr)—to help individuals build psychological flexibility, take values-aligned action, and create meaningful, sustainable change. What Can I Expect during our 1:1 sessions?

Each session is individualized, targeted, and integrative. We’ll clarify your values, identify behavior patterns that are maintaining your stuckness, and develop actionable steps based on what’s most important to you. This collaborative, supportive process honors your lived experience and empowers sustainable change

What kind of commitment is required?

Meaningful behavior change takes time and consistency. That’s why I require a minimum weekly commitment of four months for 1:1 coaching. This timeframe allows us to assess behavior patterns in context, implement and adjust strategies based on data and feedback, and reinforce new behaviors that align with your values. Sustainable change isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about creating meaningful change that lasts.

How do i get started?

This 4-month private coaching experience is intentionally designed to support meaningful, lasting change. Your coaching includes a comprehensive intake and assessment interview, 16 weekly one-on-one sessions, and a bonus integration session for clients who choose to pay in full.
