I know what it’s like to appear successful on the outside while feeling stuck internally. I carried the burden of burnout, self-doubt, and quiet overwhelm, checking off every box but feeling more disconnected from the life I was living. My well-being wasn’t thriving; it was running on empty. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping women reconnect with what truly matters so they can create lives that reflect both their ambition and their well-being. I’ve experienced this myself, and now I guide others through it with clarity, intention, and sustainable change. It wasn’t until I looked inward and started using the same tools I relied on to support others that I began to feel more grounded, more aligned, and more connected to the life I genuinely wanted. I clarified my values, uncovered the patterns that were keeping me stuck, and took small, consistent steps toward a purposeful and authentic life. That journey became the foundation of Ease and Flow Co, a space where high-achieving women come to pause, realign, and reclaim what matters most. Here, we don’t chase balance; we build lives rooted in clarity, purpose, and sustainable, values-driven change.

With over 15 years of experience, I have supported individuals with and without disabilities across schools, homes, and organizations. As a Doctoral-Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D), scientist-practitioner, and well-being consultant, I support high-achieving women in improving their well-being by implementing meaningful and sustainable behavior changes. I bring a deep understanding of individualized assessment, pattern analysis, and evidence-based intervention, integrating these with Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACTr) to help adults navigate life’s complexities with clarity, intention, and self-compassion. My approach is person-centered and context-sensitive, grounded in behavioral science and guided by each person’s values and lived experience. I believe behavior change should be effective, values-aligned, and sustainable in the reality of everyday life. At its core, the work I do is rooted in the belief that well-being isn’t a destination, it’s a daily practice.
